The fourth book in "The Imperial Series", Mage's Rebellion, is in the works. It is expected to be released in the fall of 2013. This full-length novel follows the adventures of Damuk and Arianna's rebellious youngest daughter Calinda. A powerful mage in her own right, Callie is tired of being treated like a little girl. At eighteen, she flees the safety of her father's care in an attempt to prove herself. Unfortunately for her, her father doesn't catch her before disaster befalls the young mage.
Short story collections are always being produced. The Promise is a set of short stories based on the novel Thief's Heartache. With ten new short stories, this collection will enhance the world of Marella and William as it fills in some of the gaps, gaps which were mostly left by the editor deleting unnecessary backstory. Find out what you missed when this collection is released in the summer of 2013.
LA Quill has a new series in the works. Titled "Crystal's Chronicles" by the publisher, this series delves further into characters only briefly mentioned and barely seen in "The Imperial Series". It explores Crystal, her brother Darcet, and their lieutenants. Crystal and Darcet were first mentioned in Dragon's Tempest and are about to make their presence known with a bang. Look for the first book in this series to appear no earlier than 2014.
The dates of these releases will sometimes be earlier, depending on agreements with the publisher.
